1. What this is

nervtrack.com is the pre-launch early-access site for NervTrack, a chiropractic EHR platform. This site is labeled v1.0 on the landing page. v1.0 refers to this early-access surface only — a sign-up page for chiropractors interested in early access, collecting a clinic email and clinic name. These Terms govern your use of this marketing site. When the EHR software launches, each clinic will sign an agreement with us before any patient data is involved.

2. Joining the early-access list

The form on this site is an early-access waitlist. Submitting your clinic email (and optionally your clinic name) adds you to the list. By submitting, you authorize us to:

• Email you when NervTrack opens for early access — including an invitation to book a live demo once it is available.
• Send you occasional progress updates while we build.
• Notify you when NervTrack launches.

We use a third-party email service provider to manage this list and send these messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, or by writing to jakewhitaker@nervtrack.com. We will never sell or share your contact info with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree the contact information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to receive email at the address submitted. Submitting another person’s email without their consent is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

The NervTrack name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by NervTrack. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

5. No warranty

This site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the content, the timing of launch, or the features that will be available at launch. Plans change as the product is built.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to:

• Submit fraudulent or automated signups.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NervTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this marketing site. Total liability for any direct claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Termination

We may remove your information from the waitlist at any time if these Terms are violated or if you request removal.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do.
