1. Who we are

NervTrack is a chiropractic electronic health record (EHR) platform. This page (nervtrack.com) is our pre-launch early-access list, labeled v1.0 on the landing page. v1.0 refers to this early-access surface only — a sign-up page for chiropractors interested in early access. The EHR software itself is a separate application that is not released to clinics through this v1.0 surface.

2. What this site collects

This site is an early-access waitlist. When you join the list, we collect:

• Your clinic email address (required)
• Your clinic name (optional)

We also automatically capture standard request metadata (browser user-agent, timestamp, and UTM tags if you arrived from a tracked link) so we can understand how clinics are finding us.

Your email and clinic name are stored in our own database and with a third-party email service provider that we use to manage the waitlist and send you the messages described below. That provider processes this information on our behalf, under its own privacy and security terms, solely to operate the list for us — it does not use your information for its own purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do not collect patient records, billing data, or clinical information through this site.

3. How we use what you give us

• To email you when NervTrack opens for early access — including an invitation to book a live demo once it is available.
• To send you occasional, honest progress updates while we build. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To notify you when NervTrack launches.
• Nothing else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. The only information we hold is what you submit through the waitlist form plus the basic request metadata noted above — stored in our database and with our email service provider, as described in Section 2.

5. Your rights

• Unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email you receive from us.
• Request deletion of your email and clinic name by writing to jakewhitaker@nervtrack.com.
• Request a copy of what we have on file. We will respond within 30 days.
• California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your information. To exercise any of these rights, email the address above.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data this site collects, including encrypted storage and limiting access to a small number of people. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will notify you within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted to subscribers.
